All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)


DELIVERY CONDITIONS or POLICY

8 Bits Roastery products can be collected personally or have the delivered to a requested address.

Please be informed that delivery arrangements are made via a third party and charges are applicable, depending on the distance covered between our office and the requested address.

HOWEVER, delivery arrangements will only be scheduled once full payment has been made. The estimation for delivery are within 14 day(s)

One delivery arrangement is confirmed, it is important to ensure that the customer or representative is available to receive the product as failure to collect the product from the courier will result in the product being returned to 8 Bits Roastery, without refunds however we will make second attempt for delivery again.


DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCT

Please also be advised that 8 Bits Roastery will not be held liable for any damages to the product during the delivery process or after it has left our premises.

8 Bits Roastery will also not be held accountable should the product sustain any damages, should you opt for self-pickup, after it has left our premises.


STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION 

We recommend that our Coffee Beans are best consumed after 7 days from Raosted date. Additional it was recommended to keep the coffee beans in dry, no direct sunlight and air tight container.

WARRANTIES 

Warranty 3 months will be provided to Coffee Tools Only, Coffee Beans will not covered by any warranty terms.

CANCELLATION 

Any cancellation is allowed within 24 hours after payment had been made.

Please be informed that all cancellation is subject to 15% fee to cover the costs incurred and no refunds will be provided should the order is cancelled after 24 hours from payment made time, regardless of the circumstances.
